HEAT TREATMENT

At Vishwakarma Industries, our crusher service and manufacturing facilities are equipped with dedicated heat treatment ovens for in-house heat treatment of components. These ovens are also used in the assembly of complex crusher assemblies that require a heavy interference fit.

We operate both electric and gas ovens that have been custom-built to accommodate head centers for various crushers. This includes heads for cone crushers of various models, enabling us to provide comprehensive heat treatment solutions tailored to specific crusher requirements.
