Setting the standard with cone crusher parts at Vishwakarma Industries.
Vishwakarma Industries is dedicated to setting the standard for aftermarket quality assurance, reverse engineering, and metallurgy in cone crusher parts. Our heavy investment in new technology has led to continual and rapid growth of our product range, particularly for parts that are typically associated with original equipment manufacturers (OEM). This commitment to innovation ensures that our customers receive top-quality cone crusher parts that meet and exceed industry standards.
Crusher Liners
Our premium manganese steel and alloy crusher liners have been independently proven in mining and aggregate production to achieve, and often exceed, the performance of equivalent Original Equipment Manufacturers’ castings. The metallurgy for our premium mining range manganese liners has been developed in partnership with our renowned foundry partner, making us a leading manufacturer of crusher liners globally.
Our premium manganese steel, developed from the original Hadfield’s manganese steel specification, offers unmatched toughness with excellent resistance to abrasion, which further improves as the steelwork hardens during operation. This exceptional quality ensures that our liners deliver superior performance, making them a reliable choice for demanding applications in the mining and aggregate industries.

HSI Material Selection
We stock a comprehensive range of horizontal shaft impact crusher hammers and blow bars at Vishwakarma Industries. These are manufactured in various premium material grades to suit a wide range of applications. Our selection ensures that we can meet the diverse needs of our customers, providing them with high-quality components that are built to perform in demanding environments.
Manganese Steel
Manganese hammers and blow bars are commonly used in primary crusher applications, offering high shock resistance. They are available in both Mn14% and Mn18% material grades, as well as our special MNX50 grade. These components are well-suited to applications where tramp iron may be present in the feed material. While manganese bars are often seen as a safe choice, other available materials can provide significant cost benefits over their lifespan. Inquire about our special high-performance MNX50 material, which has been proven to outperform other grades of manganese blow bars.
Martensitic Alloy Steel
Martensitic steel hammers and blow bars are commonly employed in applications where impact resistance similar to manganese steel is required, along with the hardness and wear resistance characteristic of chrome irons. Widely used in quarrying and recycling, martensitic steel is expected to outperform manganese steel in abrasive applications.
Chrome White Iron
Cast white chromium iron is widely utilized in classic horizontal impact crushers and is available in medium 20% and high 26% chromium content materials. White irons can deliver high performance in suitable applications where no tramp iron is present in the feed material. However, due to their brittle nature, chrome irons can sustain significant damage if tramp iron or large oversize material is fed into the crusher.
Chrome Iron + Ceramic Matrix
Chrome Iron with ceramic is a premium composite metallic matrix iron featuring hard ceramic alloy inserts on the wear surface. This combination of hard alloy ceramics with either medium chrome or high chrome iron matrix provides a substantial working life advantage over standard chrome iron bars. While this material can be highly successful in secondary applications, it is not recommended for primary crushing or very hard and abrasive applications.
Martensitic Alloy Steel + Ceramic Matrix
Martensitic alloy steel with ceramic is a premium composite metallic matrix steel featuring hard ceramic alloy inserts on the wear surface. This combination of hard alloy ceramics with the martensitic steel matrix provides a substantial working life advantage over standard martensitic steel bars. Commonly used in recycling industries and primary crushing in quarries, this material excels in various applications. However, it is unsuitable for certain scenarios, such as limestone crushing and slag recycling, due to its specific composition and characteristics.
