Welding Services
At Vishwakarma Industries, we employ the Welding Alloys MultiSurfacerâ„¢ heavy-duty column and boom with a turntable welding machine to expand our in-house repair services and minimize repair lead times.
This custom-manufactured machine is designed to accommodate components of up to 3,000mm in diameter and has a weight capacity of up to 25,000 Kgs. It features an extra-low profile, allowing it to accept components of up to 3070mm in the Y axis (above the table height) and is equipped with a 700mm diameter bore with a deep pit constructed beneath it to allow for the clearance of component shafts.
